No. If you bought the app back when it cost money, Pro is yours. Open Settings → Restore purchases, or tap Restore a previous purchase on the unlock screen. You will need to be signed in to the same Apple Account you originally bought it with.
Probably not — it is choosing the spelling that suits the key. B♭ and A♯ are the same pitch, but only one is correct in a given key: you write B♭ in the key of F and A♯ in the key of B. Set the key with the Band is in… chip, or override it entirely under Settings → Sharps and flats.
Yes, and it is handled properly rather than approximated. Choose E♭ Standard under the instrument settings and the whole table shifts accordingly. Drop D, DADGAD, Open G and Open D are there too. Alternate tunings are a Pro feature.
